Delicious Cake Perfect for Pairing with After Dinner Coffee! Recipe by @chantzyw
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Cups Flour
- 4 Cups Sugar
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2/3 Cup Oil + 2 Tbsp
- 8 Whole XL Eggs
- 2 Boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1.5 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Vodka
- 1/2 Cup Amaretto Liquor
Filling Mixture:
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1.5 Tbsp Cinnamon
Icing:
- 2 Cups Confectionery Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Add all the ingredients to a mixer and combine thoroughly. Stop once or twice to scrape the sides of the bowl.
Spray bundt cake pans (2) very generously with cooking oil spray. Divide the batter between the pans.
Mix the ingredients for the filling mixture in a bowl by hand. Once thoroughly mixed, divide over the cake pans. Swirl in gently with a knife (doesn’t have to get mixed in perfectly).
Bake bundt cakes for 55-60 minutes. Let cool.
Mix the ingredients for the icing by hand. If it’s too thin, add some more sugar. If it’s too thick, add some more water. Drizzle over cooled cake.
