Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe🍰

A chocolate and caramel twist on the classic dish!

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Toasted Filberts
  • 6 Tbsp Brown Sugar + Butter

 

Filling:

  • 24 Oz. Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Tsp Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Bar Melted Chocolate

 

Caramel:

  • 1 1/2 Bar White Milk Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Coffee
  • 1 1/4 Tsp Corn Syrup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients for crust. Press into a 9″ round pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool. Combine all ingredients for cheesecake filling (besides chocolate). Divide filling in half. In one half, add melted chocolate. Pour the half with the melted chocolate into the cooled crust. Freeze for 45 minutes. Pour the remaining filling on top. Bake for 1.5-2 hours at 350 degrees. Leave in oven for 1 hour with the oven off. For the caramel, melt all ingredients together and pour over cake. Enjoy!
