GREAT GRAIN WHEAT BERRY RECIPE

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Saute one chopped onion and one bag spinach, Blend until soft.
  2. In a separate pan, toast desired amount of wheat berries in a pan w/ some olive oil for 3-5 min.
  3. Once wheat berries begin to pop, add water and cook for 50min to 1hr.
  4. When wheat berries become soft and chewy, add the sautéed onions and spinach and season w/ salt and pepper.
