Mom’s Favorite Chicken

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
4 bone-in chicken breasts, skin removed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine sesame seeds, flour, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in soy sauce; dredge in sesame seed mixture.
  4. Arrange chicken, bone side down, in a large, shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
