A Peppered and Asian Take On a Beautiful Steak!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Lbs Minute Steak
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Onions, Sliced
- 2 Green Bell Peppers, Sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Place steak in a gallon sized Ziploc bag. Combine soy sauce and sugar and pour over the meat. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic; saute for 1-2 minutes. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; saute for 4-6 minutes. Add meat and marinade to skillet. Reduce heat to low and saute for 9 minutes, or until cooked to your preference.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
