Chicken Batter:
1 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 c water
1/2 c sesame seeds

Sauce #1:
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
2 tbs vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
garlic
2 tbs cornstarch

Sauce #2:
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c vinegar
3/4 c cold water
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbs corn starch
Combine ingredients for chicken batter and dredge chicken. Pan fry until golden brown. For both sauces combine all ingredients, besides cornstarch, in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then mix cornstarch with some water to dissolve and mix into sauce to thicken.
