Ingredients:
crushed Oreo cookies
2/3 cup peanut butter
6 oz bittersweet Chocolate
3 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
2 8 oz containers whipped cream
Directions:
Crush cookies and melt chocolate with peanut butter. Put on parchment paper and into freezer. Beat 3 egg whites with 2/3 sugar until stiff. Whip 2 8 oz containers whipped cream. Fold together and add chocolate peanut butter and crushed cookies into ice cream.
