I’m in awe of the residences at 8899 Beverly Blvd, on Beverly Blvd between Robertson and Doheny. The excruciating and gut wrenching funeral of Ariel + Kfir + Shiri Bibas this week was devastating. Seth and I flew to the East Coast to find comfort and meaning in squishing, hugging, and kissing our grandchildren Eliyahu + Chaim + Nechama. It hit the spot to pop into carpool on Friday to pick the kids up from school, whisk them straight to the ice cream store, followed by the toy store, and then a topper at the candy store. It was the biggest treat to go out just to hang at the pizza store with our kids Saturday night and to sip a coffee together on Sunday morning. We got super lucky to happen upon a Gestetner family wedding weekend that was a reunion with all my favorite aunts and cousins who I love to pieces. The biggest solace and comfort is always family, love, and so many kisses from grandchildren! I wish for a world where all people everywhere could live in safety, peace, warmth, comfort, non judgement, laughter, and love.
