Exhilirating hike down the Mist Trail to Vernal Falls and then to Nevada Falls. Back to the Mist Trail on the John Muir Trail, where you get incredible views of Half Dome and again of Nevada Falls. There’s more info online about this hike. It was super cool.

Yosemite is an easy 5 hour drive from our area. The air in Yosemite is fresh, the sky twinkles at night with stars all over like confetti, and the views are beyond magnificent. Incredible vacation spot!
Directions: 313 Miles. Take the I-5 North to Highway 99 North to Highway 41 North (Fresno) into Yosemite National Park. If you plan to stay the night, make sure you make reservations for camping or lodging!
