This week I’m grateful for all the people who had gratitude on their minds the week of Thanksgiving and who showed their gratitude with such a full heart. I’m grateful for Bobby and Liat, the sellers at 461 N Highland, who asked me for a link to write a review that started with “So glad we went with The Bienstock Group.” I’m grateful for Michelle, the seller on Kilkea, who said that the only sad part of her house going into escrow is our not getting to talk all the time any more. I’m grateful for Samantha, the seller on Cloverdale, who asked if we could stay friends once her house is sold. I’m grateful for two clients from so many years ago who called this week to share, Lipa a story about his child’s engagement and marriage with pictures of the young couple, and Lee a story about his new career and where he’s headed with it. I’m grateful for Ziggy, the agent representing the buyer who bought 950 S Muirfield, for coming to the key exchange on Wednesday with fresh flowers to thank me for a lovely time working together. There was so much gratitude in the air this week of Thanksgiving and as the recipient of that gratitude, I feel so touched and so blessed.
I’m excited for our listing at 1038 S Stanley to get staged this week Tuesday! Like 950 S Muirfield, at a list price of 1,195,000, this house is designed to get multiple offers and to sell way over the asking price. I’m excited for our listing at 118 N Martel to get staged this week Friday! The biggest attraction to houses on this side of the street on Martel is the huge 8250 sq ft lot. This house has a massive park-like yard that’s highly coveted as we go into shut down mode again. At 1,899,000, this house is in a super great spot easy walking distance to The Grove and is in move-in condition.
It’s fun for our team to iterate and to work to come up with new ways to serve our clients better. Our newest launch is a portal where our sellers can click an icon on their phone to see our showing log with names, dates, times, and details of every showing at their property. In general in life, I love full transparency. I love for sellers to have up-to-date information on every showing at their house in real time soon as it happens. Our eye is always on figuring out how to do things the absolute best way possible and I love to keep trying new ways to step up our game!
I feel so fortunate to have the honor to interact with so many beautiful human beings. As the recipient of so much gratitude this week of Thanksgiving, it’s clearly obvious that when humans are kind to humans it goes such a long way and it makes the world such an awesome place and living in it such a cool experience. It would be kind of neat if this time of year came around more often!
