Baldwin Hills is an upscale neighborhood just southwest of Los Angeles. Bounded by Mid-City, Crenshaw, Culver City, and Windsor Hills, Baldwin Hills is home to Los Angeles’ largest middle and upper middle class African American community. Baldwin Hills is tight-knit community of long-time residents, with homeowners comprising a substantial portion of the neighborhood’s inhabitants. The real estate features a mix of beautiful mansions as well as modest bungalows with breathtaking views of Los Angeles.
