Westchester

Westchester is a neighborhood in the westside region of Los Angeles County, California. Primarily known as the home of the Los Angeles International Airport, Westchester also contains major educational institutions, including Loyola Marymount University, Otis College of Art and Design, and Westchester Enriched Sciences Magnet Schools. Recently, home prices in the area have increased as a result of the influx of technology companies in Playa Vista and Silicon Beach.
