The Perfect Sauce to Put Over Ribs or to Dip Anything In!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Diced Onion
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Worcestershire
- 1 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder & Cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
DIRECTIONS:
In a large saucepan on low heat, saute onions and garlic with oil until onions are translucent – about 4 minutes. Add tomato paste, ketchup, vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Simmer uncovered on low heat for 30 minutes.
