The Bienstock Group sold the most houses in Hancock Park in Los Angeles since the year 2016.  Hancock Park starts at Highland Ave and goes to Rossmore Ave.  Hancock Park is bordered by Windsor Square, which begins at Arden Ave, on the east and by Miracle Mile on the west.  Hancock Park is a super desirable place to live because it is perfectly central, quiet, safe, and of course the historical large character houses are fabulous.


The sellers chose to list the house with another agent in March of 2017 for 3,595,000.  The listing expired in September of 2017.  It did not sell because the sellers did not get their price.  The Bienstock Group listed the house in January of 2018 for 3,695,000.  The house went into escrow immediately with multiple offers over asking and the house sold 30 days later for 3,768,000.
