The Perfect Soup to Eat On A Cold Day Or To Cure Your Cold!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Parsnip
 - Parsley Root
 - Celery Root
 - 2 Carrots
 - Celery
 - 2 Onions
 - Gizzard Necks
 - Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
 - Leek
 - Fresh Dill
 - Salt & Pepper
 - 2 Fresh Garlic Cloves
 - 6 Cups of Chicken Stock
 
DIRECTIONS:
Chop all veggies and saute in olive oil until completely cooked. Add seasoning and chicken stock. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
