A Mixture of Chicken and Vegetables Making an Asian Symphony of Food!
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic
- Mushroom
- Leek
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Baby Corn
Sauce:
- Cornstarch
- Soy Sauce
- Wine
- Oil
- Spices
DIRECTIONS:
Marinate chicken in spices. Place in hot oil and fry each side for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Remove, dump in vegetables, and saute until soft. Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over chicken and vegetables. Stir until combined.
