A soft and perfectly moist cinnamon-sugar treat!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 1/4 Cups Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Glaze:
- 2 Cups Confectioner’s Sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 3-4 Tbs Cup Milk
Directions:
Preheat the over to 350 degrees. Spray and flour doughnut plans well. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Scoop the batter into the donut pans, filling each one a little more than three-quarters full. Bake for 17 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then tap the doughnuts out onto a sheet pan.
Combine the confectioner’s sugar, cinnamon, and milk in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Carefully dip each doughnut in the glaze. Enjoy!
