These date balls are healthy, delicious, gluten-free, and are the perfect midday snack!
Ingredients:
2 cups pitted medjool Dates
1/2 c raw pecans
1/2 c raw cashews
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a food processor fitted with an S-blade, blend dates until smooth. Add nuts and pulse until combined.
Add in cocoa, salt, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla
Roll mixture into 1 tbsp balls and place on a parchment-lined baking pan
Refrigerate or freeze until firm
Best served chilled
