I’m super excited about our 3 new listings open for the first time this week!!!!!

I’m on the hunt for my Right Hand Person at work!  Inspiration is Elia, who has been my Right Hand Person at home since 1997!  Things I love about Elia are her work ethic, upbeat + positive attitude, loyalty + devotion, reliability (she always shows up), and her can-do attitude (she says yes and then she figures out how to make it happen).  It’s been over 26 years now that Elia and I work together and whenever I think of that for which I’m most grateful in life, Elia is all the way up there at the top of my list!!! The perfect fit to be my Right Hand at work is extremely capable + organized, loves real estate, thrives in a flurry of activity and so much to get done, and has an attitude of excitement + curiosity towards people, houses, and life!  Any and all potential candidates sent my way would be so appreciated!!

Passover vacation starts next week and I couldn’t be any more excited!!!!!!!!!  I taught Gavriel, age 2, all about waiting by reading (over Facetime) Richard Scarry’s Busy Busy Town.  In the book, Huckle writes Grandma a letter and Grandma waits while the letter goes to the post office, on to the airplane, to the next post office, into the letter carrier’s bag, and finally gets delivered to Grandma’s mailbox.  I sent Gavriel a toy car that took almost a month to get to Israel, and we read again and again about the steps it takes for mail to arrive from far away.  When the toy car finally came after a really long wait, Gavriel was so excited, just like Huckle’s Grandma!!  And now we’re counting down the days until Gavriel will go on an airplane to come to Grandma and Grandpa’s house for Passover!  We had to do Shabbos two more times last week…and it’s just one more Shabbos now!  For both Seth and me, our favorite roles in life are Mom and Dad + Grandma and Grandpa, and we’re definitely our best and happiest selves when the kids and grandkids come to visit! Next week can’t come soon enough!!
