1/2 lb. Macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
Cayenne pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese
Boil Macaroni
Melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth consistency. Slowly add milk, mixing constantly waiting for sauce to thicken before adding more. Bring to boil and add cheddar cheese, spices. Grease pan, top with American cheese and butter.
