She not only negotiated the best most fair deal for us within seconds, but she beautifully navigated what would have been very treacherous waters for any other agent I know. She has an ability to get to the bottom of things without letting any outside distractions influence the sellers or buyers – which that in itself is on a level all it’s own. Then to top it off, after acting as our buying agent, she turned right around and acted as our selling agent with such swift grace we hardly could believe the incredible outcome.
