Ingredients:
6 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
4 bone-in chicken breasts, skin removed
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine sesame seeds, flour, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in soy sauce; dredge in sesame seed mixture.
- Arrange chicken, bone side down, in a large, shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
