Ingredients:
8 eggs- separated
1/2 C oil
3/4 C cold water
2 large tbsp vanilla extract
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
Chocolate part:
3 tbsp cocoa
1/4 C boiling water
3/4 tbs sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a large bundt pan
In a large mixing bowl, beat whites until stiff and slowly add 3/4 c sugar and mix until combined.
Beat yolks with 1/2 c sugar until it turns pale yellow and thickens. Then add the remaining ingredients: oil, water, vanilla, flour, and baking powder, and mix until just combined.
Gently fold egg whites into the mixture using a spatula.
Separate approximately 1/4 of the batter, and add cocoa powder, hot water, and sugar.
Pour the vanilla layer into bundt pan, pour chocolate layer on top and swirl to make marbled pattern.
Bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool inverted.
