Step 1
8 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
Beat whites until stiff and slowly add sugar and mix just until blended
Step 2
8 egg yolks
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C oil
3/4 C cold water
2 large tbsp vanilla extract
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
Beat yolks with sugar and then add rest of ingredients just until mixed. Fold whites into yellow.
Step 3
1/4 of the entire mixed batter
3 tbsp cocoa
1/4 C boiling water
3/4 spoon sugar
Pour vanilla layer into bundt pan, pour chocolate layer on top and swirl to make marble pattern.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool inverted.
