My Mom’s Draidel Cake



2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs beaten
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/4 cup pineapple drained


1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla

Bake in a 9X13 pan lined with foil. Invert cake and peel off foil. Cut two triangles off the bottom of the cake to make a point. Put the two triangles together to form a square and put it at the top of the cake to make the stem of the draidel. Cream when cool.
