The Perfect Onion Soup to Make with a Nice Steak Dinner!Ā Ā
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Large Onions
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt and Pepper
- Parsley, Basil, and Thyme
- 7 Cups Chicken Broth
DIRECTIONS:
Saute onions in butter and oil over low heat until very soft and translucent, after an hour. Add broth, herbs, and spices. Simmer for one hour.
