Pepper Steak 🥩

2 lb minute steak or pepper steak
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c sugar
2 tbs oil
1/2 tsp peeled and minced fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 onions sliced
2 green bell peppers

Place steak in a gallon sized zip-loc bag. Combine soy sauce and sugar; pour over meat. Let stand 30 min
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat. Add ginger and garlic; saute 1 minute. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; saute 4 to 6 minutes. Add meat and marinade. Reduce heat to low and saute 8 minutes or until done. Serve over hot cooked rice.
