I rarely ever agree to publicly review individuals and when I do I look to provide an accurate picture of an individual’s pros and cons. In Sheri’s case, I can only find pros. She will work with you within your budget (I came to her looking for houses selling at the bottom pricing for the area). She is very responsive often responding to emails within minutes. Her number 1 trait is her honesty. Despite making the biggest purchase of my life I knew that when Sheri told me something I could trust her. Whenever I asked a question, she made sure to give me all the options, let me know what she would do, but kept the decision in my hands. She will not push for you to do anything that you don’t want to do. She was well informed and ended up getting me a great house at a great price. If you are looking for someone who is hard working, honest, knows the area, and is full of resources (such as recommendations for repair personnel), you can’t go wrong with Sheri.
