There are NO words to describe how extraordinary Sheri Bienstock is! Besides being an attorney who understands the fine print AND how to negotiate, she is extremely creative. Our needs kept changing as we put offers on houses and in one case she even thought of a house swap which was way outside the box but almost happened! (except the other house still didn’t fit our needs) But who would think of that in the middle of the night but Sheri?! She seemed to have inside information on every house we were interested in, and had an uncanny knack of knowing how best to approach each buyer, when to push, and when to hold steady. And she knows how to play hardball if she has to. This is the lady you want on YOUR side of the fence in negotiations : )!!! If that’s not all, she is a DOLL to work with, always smiling, always upbeat, and when we lost one house and I was crushed, she makes a heck of a shrink! If you want a total professional, she’s the one!
