In an area where realtors are aplenty, it can be inundating and tricky to choose the right one! We have seen Sheri’s many signs throughout the years driving around Hancock Park and Miracle Mile and knew her clientele, and truth be told we were not sure if she herself would be able to represent us when the time came for us to sell, but when our former neighbors put their house up for sale in April 2021 bearing The Bienstock Group sign, we knew that their house would be sold within a day or so of hitting the market (and likely well over the asking price), and of course, we were right.
