She works with a first-rate staff that takes care of most of the inevitable headaches that go with selling any property. She and her staff were organized and right on top of everything throughout the process. Our property sold very quickly thanks to Sheri’s experience and sound advice. We wound up getting an excellent all-cash, no-contingency selling price. The negotiation was difficult, but Sheri’s instincts were always right on the money. Escrow closed in two weeks. There are NO words to describe how extraordinary Sheri Bienstock is! Besides being an attorney who understands the fine print AND how to negotiate, she is extremely creative. Our needs kept changing as we put offers on houses and in one case she even thought of a house swap which was way outside the box but almost happened! (except the other house still didn’t fit our needs) But who would think of that in the middle of the night but Sheri?! She seemed to have inside information on every house we were interested in, and had an uncanny knack of knowing how best to approach each buyer, when to push, and when to hold steady. And she knows how to play hardball if she has to. This is the lady you want on YOUR side of the fence in negotiations : )!!! If that’s not all, she is a DOLL to work with, always smiling, always upbeat, and when we lost one house and I was crushed, she makes a heck of a shrink! If you want a total professional, she’s the one!

I have worked with many good agents, but Sheri is head and shoulders above the rest. I have never found another agent that works harder or is as smart, dedicated and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what was on the market in our area (Hancock Park / Miracle Mile) and often knew about houses even before they hit the market. When buying our home, she deftly handled an unresponsive seller and selling agent by taking the time to drive to the selling agent’s office and take her out to lunch to get them to pay attention to our very low offer. She also took care of everything from home inspection to negotiating discounts because I had other obligations and limited time. Unlike many agents who are very responsive before the sale and then less responsive after they make the deal, Sheri continued to help every step of the way (with retrofit, termite issues, lender issues and repairs to the home before closing) after the sale was “a done deal” because contingencies were waived. I cannot think of a better agent to use.
