The sales process, if you can even call it that, lasted less than one week with the first open house a call for backup offers. Throughout the entire process Sheri and her team were connsumate professionals. There was very little in the way of what I needed to do as she and her team were truly full service. Sheri is a great strategist and negotiator who knows her market from both a business and a legal angle. She and her carefully selected team were a pleasure to work with. What a positive experience! I approached the selection of an agent with a great deal of research, and considerable caution. From day one Sheri won me over with her openness, energy and enthusiasm. Even before I signed with her, she was very generous with her advice and recommendations. Sheri quickly came up with a plan to maximize my property’s potential, and a fabulous design team to execute it. During the listing Sheri was the agent for a wealth of other properties, but I always felt that I was the most important client she had at any given time. She was an active communicator, clearly explaining the options, but always leaving the decisions up to me; I never felt pressured. I especially appreciated Sheri’s frankness and integrity, and always felt comfortable with her suggestions on how she would proceed. Sheri’s pricing strategy and marketing worked exceptionally well and we had multiple offers, well over asking price, after the first open house. Sheri was the consummate negotiator; when we did encounter inevitable hiccups in the process, she was quick to come up with creative solutions.
