Sheri is simply incredible! She dominates our entire neighborhood, and now I know why. She treats you like the one and only customer… and she means it. When we first started looking a few years ago, she met us at a home, and even though it became quickly apparent that we were way over our heads and perhaps 2 years away from purchasing a home, she spent over two hours coaching us through the process. She is extraordinarily busy, yet she truly gives you undivided attention. We knew at that moment that she would be our agent when we were ready to press forward. Her overall knowledge of neighborhoods in general and specific streets and homes in particular makes her the best companion in your search. Recently, we purchased a home with her assistance and that’s where we got to really see her in action. Our purchase was rather complicated and the Seller was not easy to deal with. Sheri jumped into action and presented our offer even when the seller did not want to accept it, and helped negotiate a very tenuous situation throughout the months. She helped us get low-cost floor plans, offered to arrange the mortgage, picked a wonderful Home inspector. Even after it was all complete, we had some issues with evicting the current tenants, and she again jumped into action and found us support to deal with that problem. Her response time is phenomenal and her attention to detail is noteworthy. Buying a home under the best circumstances is stressful , but Sheri streamlines the process and works with you tirelessly to make it as easy as possible. Highly recommended!!!!

She not only negotiated the best most fair deal for us within seconds, but she beautifully navigated what would have been very treacherous waters for any other agent I know. She has an ability to get to the bottom of things without letting any outside distractions influence the sellers or buyers – which that in itself is on a level all it’s own. Then to top it off, after acting as our buying agent, she turned right around and acted as our selling agent with such swift grace we hardly could believe the incredible outcome. Then I started to see Sheri’s “for sale” sign popping up all over the place and just as quickly, I began to see “sold” on her properties. I decided to give Sheri a call and that was the best decision I ever made! Sheri was so knowledgeable about my area, knew the people, knew what to do, knew what it would take to sell my house. Her recommendations were superb and she accommodated me in every way possible. She definitely worked with me and for me. I was a first time seller and was clueless about many legal and basic things about selling a house. Sheri held my hand and guided me each step of the way. What I loved about Sheri was that she was so responsive. She never left me unanswered or unattended to. I was an emotional mess at the beginning and Sheri calmly eased my mind and soul and helped me to understand that I was not alone.
