Jo is an absolute life-saver and expert at her trade! When we were trying to buy a house, we thought it would give us a competitive advantage to have the seller's agent represent us as well. Let's just say there's a reason people tell you NOT to do this. As soon as we opened escrow, it ended up being a total nightmare -- the agent repeatedly misrepresented material facts about the property and clearly had only the seller's best interest in mind. Once we realized what he was doing, I immediately called Jo and asked for her advice. She counseled me through the entire process by telling me what questions to ask, what information to look for, what inspections to request, etc. With Jo's help, we uncovered the truth about the misrepresented property and avoided paying hundreds of thousands of dollars MORE than what the property was actually worth.
