We sold the house at 444 N McCadden on 6/13/2017 for 3,600,000. Our sellers bought the property for 3,210,000 on 6/25/2014. They painted and put curtains up since the purchase. We sold the property for 12.14 percent more than their purchase price. We initially put the house up for sale exactly the way the sellers were living in it – with their furniture and with the homeowners living at the house. The highest offer we got was 3,200,000. We advised the sellers to move out and once they did we painted the house white, staged and took new pictures. We sold the house immediately for 3,600,000.
