Sheet Pan Shawarma Chicken Dinner

Ingredients-

3 pounds of Boneless Chicken Thighs

small baby potatoes

1 bag frozen cauliflower

1 red onion, sliced
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
Zest and juice of 1 lemon

2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of Shawarma spice
1 teaspoon of sumac
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of date syrup
Garnish- A drizzle of tahini dressing, Amba sauce, and a handful of chopped parsley.

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C.
On a baking pan with parchment paper, place the chicken thighs, potatoes and cauliflower

Spread red onion slices around

Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour on top

Mix it all together and spread it evenly on the baking pan.
Cover it with wet parchment paper.
Bake it in the oven on 420F for 30 minutes
