Interest rates went down this week!  With a relationship discount they go lower. Some buyers, looking to lock in a lower rate, are buying down their rate at purchase so that after a one time fee at initiation, their monthly payments feel more right. Citi is the best place to call first to explore the lowest rate on a 30 year fixed loan.

Seth and I are en route to the East Coast for our sweet nephew, Avi’s wedding, which is emotional and special.  Of course it also means we countdown the seconds to see the grandkids!!!!!  Eliyahu doesn’t love Facetime because the phone is no substitute for being together “for real”, and you can’t really hug or kiss over the phone.  Tomorrow, as soon as Eliyahu’s playgroup ends, comes the giant bear hugs (with lots of sound effects) and so many kisses to make up for all the time we missed out because we’re too far away too often!!!!
