Stuffed Jalapeño Appetizer
STUFFED JALAPENO APPETIZER RECIPE!
- Cut jalapenos in half and remove all the seeds.
- Prepare filling. Mix ground meat with chopped parsley, crushed garlic, salt, pepper.
- Fill piping bag and pipe meat mixture into jalapeno halves.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeno in pastrami slices.
- Bake in preheated oven at 425 for 20 minutes. Or freeze assembled and bake right before use.
- Serve next to a cold cooked pear half (boil pear halves in water and a little sugar until soft and refrigerate until use.)
- Garnish with a mint sprig or an edible flower or some greens.
