The market is not particularly friendly to buyers at the moment for various reasons, and as first time buyers my wife and I were hesitant to even dive into it.

We wound up getting an excellent all-cash, no-contingency selling price. The negotiation was difficult, but Sheri’s instincts were always right on the money. Escrow closed in two weeks. She often says she loves her job, and I believe her.
