Working with Sheri and her team was a dream. This was our first house sale, and we were apprehensive about what the whole process would look like, how to pick a realtor, etc. Thankfully a family friend had used Sheri in the past and had a great experience, so he recommended her -- we're so happy he did. Sheri guided us through the process, step by step, and in the end we got more offers than we ever imagined, which she was able to turn into a higher offer than we ever expected. We first met Christian a few years ago at an open house. We were impressed by his follow-up since then (consistent, but not pushy) , and chose him to represent us on the sale of our home. Sheri and her team has done it again! She officially holds the HAT TRICK in our arena. We contacted Sheri 6 years ago, as first time homebuyers, to locate a house in the area we laid out within our budget. We looked at multiple homes until we finally settled on our home. Throughout the year and half process she was extremely patient with us and gave us the attention we needed as if we were her only client. But wait there is more....roughly two years ago we had a business opportunity we could not refuse and moved out town. At the time, we decided we would rent out our house as we wanted to test the waters before fully committing. We contacted Sheri and within a week our house was rented at the top of the market! But wait there is even more.... We fell in love with our new city and opportunity and ask Sheri to put our house up for sale. The pandemic made it challenging for everyone including potential buyers. But then she managed to do it again. She found us a great buyer who closed within 30 days during the COVID crisis!!!

In an area where realtors are aplenty, it can be inundating and tricky to choose the right one! We have seen Sheri’s many signs throughout the years driving around Hancock Park and Miracle Mile and knew her clientele, and truth be told we were not sure if she herself would be able to represent us when the time came for us to sell, but when our former neighbors put their house up for sale six months ago bearing The Bienstock Group sign, we knew that their house would be sold within a day or so of hitting the market (and likely well over the asking price), and of course, we were right. So when we got home from dropping off our youngest to university at the end of August, we decided it was also time for us to consider selling our beloved home of 20 years. We called Sheri that afternoon and she came over later that evening with a beautifully prepared binder for us, walked through our entire home, and then we all sat down to discuss her recommendations to prepare our home for the market. She spoke to us candidly about what it would take to get the most for our home and, more importantly, pricing our home right is a crucial component—we also believe that Sheri has this down to a science and we got the sense that it’s innately intuitive for her. The Bienstock Group is an amazing team that is VERY knowledgeable and good at what they do. Sheri represented us in the sale of our home and her team was there to support- before, during, and after the transaction. Before Sheri, I had hired two agents, both of whom could not get the job done. Once I hired Sheri, she came in with her team, made adjustments, listed the property, and ultimately got us into escrow within a week (over asking). Her team is very dedicated to the client and was always available to strategize and answer questions. A well-oiled machine that operates with the highest level of professionalism. It was a great experience all around. My biggest regret was not hiring The Bienstock Group earlier. I will continue to work with them in the future.
