Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 2 celery
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp flour
- 30 oz tomato sauce
- 10 cups water
- 1/2 cups barley
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
Direction
Sautee carrots, celery, and onion in a large pot. Add flour and stir to combine. Add tomato sauce, water, and barley and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
