Tomato Soup


  • 5 carrots
  • 2 celery
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 30 oz tomato sauce
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/2 cups barley
  • sugar
  • salt
  • pepper



Sautee carrots, celery, and onion in a large pot. Add flour and stir to combine. Add tomato sauce, water, and barley and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
