A Creamy Hostess Classic!
INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
- 4 Eggs, Separated
 - 5 Tbsp Sugar
 - 1 Tsp Vanilla
 - 1 Tbsp Cocoa
 - 3 Tbsp Flour
 
Whip:
- Whip Cream
 - 1/4 Cup Confectionary Sugar
 - 1 Tsp Vanilla
 
Chocolate:
- 1 Lb Chocolate
 - 2 Sticks Margarine
 
DIRECTIONS:
Beat whites until stiff. Add sugar. Add yolks, 1 at a time. Once stiff, add the rest of the ingredients. Spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 13 minutes at 350 degrees. Roll in towel until cool. Cut into 3 long strips (3″ wide). Cut each strip in half horizontally. Spread whip mixture on top and roll lengthwise. Freeze until hard then slice. Dunk in melted chocolate.
