Cinnamon Donuts 🍩

A soft and perfect cinnamon-sugar mixture!


  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 1/4 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


  • 2 Cups Confectioner’s Sugar
  • 3-5 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Milk


Preheat the over to 350 degrees. Spray and flour doughnut plans well. In a mixture, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Scoop the batter into the baking pans, filling each one a little more than three-quarters full. Bake for 17 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then tap the doughnuts out onto a sheet pan. Combine the confectioner’s sugar, cinnamon, and milk in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Carefully dip each doughnut in the glaze.  Enjoy!
