Esti’s Lasagna 👵

6 small cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 10 ounce package noodles

Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and simmer for an hour. Sautee onion with mushroom. Cook, drain, and butter the noodles. Layer the lasagna: noodle, muenster cheese, tomato sauce, mushroom, and onion. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min. Cook 10 min uncovered.
